1. Who we are

These terms are between [company name, address] (“we”) and you when you use iptvprimeusa.us, request a trial, or buy a plan or reseller panel from the USA, Canada or Australia.

2. The service

For the period you pay for, you can stream live channels, movies and series over the internet on the number of screens in your plan. You supply the internet connection, a compatible device and a player app; apps are made by other companies with their own terms and prices. The line-up may change.

3. Free trial

Free, no payment details, 24 hours from when we send your login, ends by itself. One trial per customer.

4. Prices, currencies and specials

The binding price is the EUR amount at checkout. USD, CAD and AUD figures are estimates at the ECB daily rate. A special price applies only to orders paid before the end date and time shown with it. [Accepted payment methods]

5. No automatic renewal

Plans end at the end of the paid period and never renew automatically. See Order Cancellation.

6. Refunds

14 days; see the refund policy. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

7. Fair use of logins

A login is for your household. Do not share, publish or resell it, except as a reseller through a panel under its own terms. Shared or misused logins may be suspended.

8. Reseller panels

New panels are limited to the number we open each month, shown on the reseller pages. [Reseller terms: credit rules, credit expiry, use of the panel, who supports end customers.]
