How do I set up IPTV on a MAG box?
Find the MAC address on the label under the box, send it to us (or your provider), then open Settings › System settings › Servers › Portals, type the portal URL in “Portal 1 URL”, save and reboot. The box loads the portal and the channels appear. MAG boxes only work with portal logins, not Xtream Codes or M3U.

What you need
- A MAG box (MAG 544w3, 524w3 or older) connected to the TV and the internet
- The MAC address from the label (starts with 00:1A:79)
- The portal URL from your provider
Step by step
- Turn the box on and wait for the start screen.
- Press SETUP or SET on the remote (or choose Settings on the home screen).
- Open System settings › Servers › Portals.
- In Portal 1 name type any name; in Portal 1 URL type the portal address exactly, including http:// and the ending slash.
- Press OK to save, go back and choose Restart portal or switch the box off and on.
If the Portals menu is missing
Some MAG boxes sold by operators run a locked firmware without the Portals entry. A factory reset does not always bring it back; ask the seller or Infomir support for the standard firmware.
Fixes for common errors

| Portal not found / loading forever | A typo in the URL. Retype it, including http:// and the final slash. |
| STB blocked or MAC not registered | The MAC address was not linked to your login yet; send it to us again. |
| Channels freeze | Use a network cable; MAG boxes have slower Wi-Fi than newer Android boxes. |

Can I add two portals?
Yes, Portal 2 is for a second service; the box asks which to load at start-up.
