MyTVOnline Setup on Formuler: Portal, XC and M3U

How do I set up IPTV in MyTVOnline on a Formuler?
Open MyTVOnline, add a new connection and choose the login type your provider gave you: a MAC portal (enter the portal URL), Xtream Codes (portal URL plus username and password) or an M3U playlist (paste the M3U URL). Press connect and the channel list and guide load in a minute or two.
What you need
- A Formuler box with MyTVOnline 2 or 3 (Z11 series ships with MyTVOnline 3)
- Your login: portal URL, or Xtream Codes details, or an M3U link
- For a MAC portal: your MyTVOnline ID/MAC address registered with the provider
MyTVOnline 3 and 2 (Z8, Z10, Z11)
- Open MyTVOnline from the Formuler home screen.
- Go to Menu › Connections › Add Portal (MyTVOnline 3 calls it adding a connection or service; the idea is the same).
- MAC portal: enter a name and the portal URL. Xtream Codes: enter the portal URL, switch the login option on, then the username and password.
- For an M3U playlist, go to Connections › Playlists › Add Play List and paste the M3U URL.
- Press Connect. Channels, then the guide, load.
MyTVOnline 1 (older boxes)
Portals: Menu › Portals › Edit Portal. Playlists: Menu › Playlist › Edit Playlist.
Make the guide work
With an Xtream Codes login the guide (EPG) loads by itself. With an M3U link you can add an EPG URL; ask us for yours.
Fixes
| Problem | Fix |
|---|---|
| No option to add a portal | Update MyTVOnline from the Formuler marketplace, then try again. |
| Login failed | Retype the details; the MAC address must be in capital letters with colons. |
| Guide empty | Refresh the EPG in the connection’s settings, or add the EPG URL for an M3U list. |
